What an incredible home for the money. Four bedrooms, two full baths, a formal dining room that can be used as a second living area, an oversized kitchen with eating area... and much much more.
What a Kitchen ! All Four Walls are lined with both Cabinets and Counter-tops. Can you imagine... moving in to your new home, unpacking and getting all your kitchen stuff pot away, and still having empty cupboards ? There is a Food-Prep Island with Breakfast/Serving Bar, space for Breakfast-Bar "High Chairs" and a Dishwasher, Oven and Range, and a Built-in Microwave.
The Kitchen and Serving Bar opens into the spacious Family Room. The Family Room, combined with the Oversized Dining Room... makes for Lots of Holiday Room for All the Family.
The Breakfast Room space next to the Family Room provides so much Room for casual breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and Holiday Dinners, that the Formal Dining room can easily be made into a Second Living Area.
Price-wise... it's hard to believe. This 2087 sq ft New Home is priced at $134,990. Now, in some parts of the country, home prices do NOT include the lot... but in Fort Worth, Texas... all new home pricing, including THIS one... includes the building lot.
If you're ready to go from "Just Looking" to "Let's Get Serious"... call the New Home Hotline for your own personal showing. Karen Anne Stone at (817) 929-3400.
That is a very nice surprise!!
Oh my word - I'm moving!
Marchel: Yes... but wow do I love those trees in Spring, Texas ! I have loved your area since I first stumbled on it way back in 1978.
Liz: Come on down ! Do we have room for you ! Absolutely yes. We might even change the name of Fort Worth to Fort Williwack... just so you'll feel more at home... :)
Karen Ann, that looks like a really nice house! There has to be some catch. Like, does it smell like kitty litter? Is it haunted?
Great looking house Karen Anne, obviously a model home being sold. That price is amazing for that size.
There are just some fantastic homes in your area!!!
Your friend in Charlottesville, VA
Charles McDonald
And a really nice looking home with some above average architectural interest. WOW! what a deal
Bo
Can you pick this stunner up and plop it down in Maryland? I could sell this one one hundred times here. Good luck with it.
My goodness- that is just an unbelievable deal... world is upside down I tell you.
Unbelievable! I should show you what sells for that price in my neck of the woods!
Hi Karen Anne,
Boy do you have some great real estate at unbelievable prices. I wish it was the same here.
Are you taking care of yourself?
Hello Karen Anne!
This is a fantastic value and I KNOW you will find a buyer realize this. I hope you are well. God bless.
That's a great looking house for the price, Karen!
Wow! I may pack my bags with Liz and MOVE! Why am I struggling with NY prices?
Patricia: No kitty litter smell, no ghosts, just typical Fort Worth pricing. There is just so much more land inside the city limits of Fort Worth to expand... prices like this are typical... although this is an exceptionally great price.
Gary; Yes... it is a model home. They have several homes just like it under construction in case that would work better for buyers who want to build from scratch.
Charles: Usually, fantastic prices on homes come from fantastic land price and availability. Both are true here in Fort Worth.
Bo: Yes... many of the new homes in this market have some really nice architectural touches to them. Much nicer than having them all look so alike.
Ellie: Yes, the pricing is much better here than up in Columbia and Ellicott City, and you wouldn't need all that sand to spread on the ice here either. Hope you are alright :)
Chuck: I don't know about the world being upside down, but the land availability and brand-new infrastructure put us at such an advantage here in Fort Worth.
Adele: Yes, the prices are great... and we have room for you to move here, too. Me ? I had another doctors appointment on the 26th. He took some tests and adjusted my meds... ended up doubling one... Carvedilol. We'll see if it makes a difference. Oh... one of the docs here trained at Deborah. How bout that ?
Marlene: Pricing usually is not a problem here in Fort Worth. And all of the natural gas discoveries are really helping the local economy. Me ? I am being a good girl and taking my meds... following doctor's orders. Thanks so much for asking... take care.
Myrl: Yes... pricing is great, and it IS a great looking home. And... we have one with your name on it if you're thinking about moving... LOL.
Ruthmarie: Hey... as they say on television... come on down... ! No snow here either. Well... two days this week we had a smattering of ice... but it's all gone already. So if you want snow... you'll have to bring it with you... :)
Joddie: Yes... fantastic price. And... "neck in the woods." Sheesh... do you know how LONG it's been since I've done that ??? Take care...
