Something pretty cool is happening in Carrollton, Texas. There is a brand new Townhouse Neighborhood that is pretty close to having it's three models ready. My guess is that by January 30, 2009... the models will be complete.
So you tell me... what does the picture below most look like ? If it wasn't for the two walkways leading up to the front, most folks have told me it looks like a North Dallas Two Story Beauty !
Well... it really IS a North Dallas Two Story Beautry... except for the fact that this is NOT a single family home, but actually THREE townhomes. Two end units and a middle unit.
All of these townhomes come with rear entry garages. Most of the time, todays townhome buyers want an "end unit." In this great new neighborhood... two out of every three homes are "end units..." which of course make them feel much less like townhomes, and much more like free-standing homes.
These luxurious homes start in the high 180's... with larger units in the $230,000 range. If you are ready to go from "Just Looking" to Let's Get Serious"... give the New Home Hotline a call at (817) 929-3400. Let's set aside a time for your very own personal tour.
Very nice condos. If you list a lot of properties we should talk about text messaging lead generation.
Karen, The townhouses are lovely---and well priced. Here they are starting at $400,000 IF you can afford the maintenance charges.
Wow Karen, I think all of us in NY are jealous! Townhomes that are new start at over $500k in our area. There are a few that are more reasonable, but not many.
Karen, That's incredible, that house around here would be in the half million range...
I love the look of those! Certainly not "apartment style" townhouses. I have a feeling they will be a quick seller in your area.
A smart builder who has listened to the buyer. Supply and demand. Most people DO want an end unit.
Wow, this is great -- we all need more afforadable housing in our communities. It should be great for the buyers. Keep us posted.
Karen Anne, like you described I thought it was a single family home. Very cleverly disguised and VERY affordable too.
Karen - You really did a great job pointing out the aesthetic way these units were designed and grouped. At those prices and the way the photos look, they look to be quite an opportunity.
