Empty Nest'ers and Career Singles... Luxury Awaits Near Stonebriar Mall... From the High 190's

Are you an "Empty Nest'er" thinking about Downsizing ?  Perhaps you're a "Career Single" ready to get a Place of Your Own ?  If so... there's a great neighborhood just brimming with excitement... and it's just up the road in Frisco, Texas.

Come see what all the excitement is about !  Think of it... lots of luxury and pampering near Stonebriar Mall... but without the size, upkeep and pricing generally associated with luxury homes like these.

A gorgeous Patio Home community has just opened up, and two sparkling new models are ready for you to see.

Ranging in size from 1650 sq ft... to nearly 3,000 sq ft... these pretty and oh-so-energy-efficient homes are just packed with all the custom features that so many of today's buyers are looking for.

Perhaps you're a "career single" working near the Dallas North Tollway or in or near the Stonebriar Complex ?   This location works about as well as any we have seen in quite a while.

Are you more the young couple just starting out ?  These three and four bedroom homes, some single stories, some two-stories, offer you just about any bedroom, living area, and architectural design combination you could ask for.

Maybe you're an "empty-nester" moving to a smaller home, but don't want to give up the luxury you've become used to in your present/previous home ?  If Yes, this will work out just great for you, too.

If you are ready to go from "Just Browsing" to "Let's Get Serious..." call the Frisco/McKinney New Homes Hotline at (469) 713-9725.  Let's set aside a time to get together.

Karen, I love this format. It's almost like talking to you in person...

Liz:  I will try and send you a separate email tomorrow.  I just put this post together because it helps get my mind off things.  Take care... talk with you soon.

Paul:  I am glad you like the way I have done this.  I have never really liked the "Postlet" format that many folks use when they present new properties.  I think this way really helps people imagine actually living there.  Thanks for your kind comment.  And... nighty night !

Nice to see a post from you, young lady.  I was thinking I was going to have to motivate Mollie T to get on the computer and help out.  Hope you're feeling better.  I'll call you in a couple of days - or you can call me anytime.  You know that.

Carol:  Yes... these homes are so nice... and the location is so great... I just had to share them with you.  Mollie T can be quite the motivator... so I knew I needed to get typing.  Hope to chat with you today.  Thanks for your kind comment.  Take care.

Karen, These homes sound lovely--and SO affordable.  I would downsize if there were anything left to downsize to here and I often wonder if my children will ever be able to buy--instead of paying rent forever.

Karen Anne:  I'm sold!  And the way my knees feel today, I'll take a single story. What a great description of the area and the homes.

Hi Karen Anne... Smart buyers should definitely be ready to go from "Just Browsing" to "Let's Get Serious"... and the really smart ones will give you a call to make their dream home a reality!

Carole:  They really are lovely.  Compared to the rest of the country, they are very reasonably priced... and compared to DFW... the value is really here !  Downsizing can be difficult if there is no place to go... and getting into a first home can be very difficult... depending on the local market.  Luckily that is not a problem here in Fort Worth.  Thanks for your kind comment.

Chris Ann:  I've got just the perfect one story... just waiting for you.  I would love to see what you would do in this local market here in DFW.  Thanks so much for your kind words.

Steve:  I really think you're on the right track here with your comments.  At this time, and in this market... making a move now is a very smart thing to do.  Thanks for your kind comment.  Take care...

Karen Anne.  Singles and empty nesters in the same community - that is interesting.  Our empty nester communities are beginning to rethink and adopt the concept you apparently already have,  Karen

Hi Karen Anne....this is perfect for thos empty nesters and singles.  Great job.  How are you doing these days?  Holidays?

Karen:  We do not have "age restricted" communities here in Texas, at least none that I know of.  And, from the empty nesters I have spoken with, most of them do NOT want to live in a neighborhood of only older folks.  Although most of them do not want to be around even an average number of kids... they do like the variety of young couples and a few children... so they won't feel so isolated due to them being :older."

Pam:  Yes... it makes for a nice "mix" in the neighborhood.  We do not have age-restricted neighborhoods here in Texas.  How am I doing these days ?  Tomorrow I am going into the hospital.  I have Atrial Fibrulation and some other heart-related (like CHF) things that need major attention.  I am anticipating a whole bunch of tests... and hopefully some "procedures" to fix whatever they find.  So... I will probably not be commenting of posting for awhile.  Please send some positive thoughts if you can... take care... hope the two of you are well.
