Wow!  Karen-Anne - I could sell these all day long in NY! The prices in your area are simply amazing.  Is your market active?  At those prices - it should be. "Accelerating downslope" not withstanding.

Well my dear I just got back From Austin........and it was Fabulous........I do love TEXAS like I knew I would......!  I'm coming back on the 11th of Jan..........and plan on flying in to Dallas/Fort Worth on the 9th...for 2 days............Is there some kind of quaint boutique type hotel you'd recommend........I'd love to have an opportunity to visit with you and Steve, Gary and Melody......something close to restaurants etc?
