Ranging in size from 1650 sq ft... to nearly 3,000 sq ft... these pretty and oh-so-energy-efficient homes are just packed with all the custom features that so many of today's buyers are looking for.

If you are a "career single" working near the Dallas North Tollway or in or near the Stonebriar Complex, the location works about as well as any we have seen.

Are you more the young couple starting out ?  These three and four bedroom homes, some single stories, some two-stories, offer you just about any bedroom, living area, and architectural design combination you could ask for.

Are you an "empty-nester" moving to a smaller home, but don't want to give up the luxury you've become used to in your present/previous home ?  If Yes, this will work out just great for you, too.

If you are ready to go from "Just Browsing" to "Let's Get Serious..." call the Frisco/McKinney New Homes Hotline at (972) 951-4350 and arrange for your very own personal tour.

Karen Anne, these sound great!  I want a link!  I want pictures!  Good pitch - it really pushed my own downsize button!

Patricia:  I am going back there soon to take a bunch of interior pictures.  I will post them soon.  Thanks for your kind words, Pat !

Green and downsize seem to be the new key words in real estate

Even the larger families are willing to live in smaller homes for the energy efficiency factor as well as the economy of not having to have the cleaning crew in once a week.

Karen, They sound wonderful!!  I grew up in a tiny little home and still find it funny that a home with that much square footage is downsizing but I know we have Texas sized homes here.

Sabrina:  I have believed in both green and downsizing for years.  For such a long time I have been a major part of the new home sales mentality... and just saw the homes getting larger and larger... many of them simply supposedly turning into actual "monuments" to their new owners.  So sad some folks have to come home to an 8000 square foot home to have their feelings of self-worth reinforced.  Thanks for sharing.

Marchel:  These homes begin at around 1800 square feet... which would be a very nice-sized home for me to live in.  Actually... that is the size of my home... 1847 sf.  Actually... I would not mind if it were even a tad smaller.  Many Texans have always had a tendency towards excess.  Note the way it was back in Ohio when I was growing up.  Thanks for sharing.  Hope you are well... :)
