Karen Anne - Wow, 190's for 300 SF of home - that would be in the 500's here and taces would be 12k a year. I hope people down in Texas realize they have it made! Your market is a great value compared to other parts of the country! Wish I could move THERE!

Karen, what a great looking house. Did I read that wrong? $190's for 3,000 square feet? WOW, this house won't last long. I would LOVE to see the inside. It is just absolutely darling.

Carol:  The 3000 sf home is at the top of the price range.  The homes range in size fro about 1800 sf to almost 3000 sf.  Pricing starts from the high 190's and goes into the mid 200's.  All in all... an excellent value.

Gena:  No... you did not read "wrong"... you just didn't read it all.  Pricing is from the high 190's for around 1800 sf... up to the mid 200's for almost 3000 sf.  I will be taking some additional interior photos and adding either to this post... or to a future post soon.  Thanks for your kind comments.

Karen, those are fantastic prices for such a great looking house. I will be waiting to see the interior photos on this one. I just love it.  Does the one pictured above have 3,000 sq.ft.?

Karen Anne:  Seems like every time I check in on one of your listings they have these GRAND entrances.  The elevation of the of the homes is always very pleasing.  Maybe it's the style in your area.  Another beauty here!  Good luck.
