RE/MAX Trinity in Fort Worth... RE/MAX of Texas' Rookie Office of The Year !

There's a new kid in town.  Actually, the kid isn't a kid... it's a new RE/MAX office.  It's RE/MAX Trinity.

And... it isn't totally new... but about sixteen months old.

Jaci Coan is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Trinity, and heads a group of approximately thirty agents who all think she is just about the coolest thing on wheels.

At the recent RE/MAX of Texas state convention, RE/MAX Trinity was the proud recipient of the Rookie Office Of The Year award for all of Texas.  This award pretty much typifies the professionalism and team spirit shown by both the staff and Realtor/agents of RE/MAX Trinity.

The RE/MAX Trinity office is located in the newly beautified Montgomery Plaza Building on the near west side of Fort Worth... in the Arts and Museum area known as the "Cultural District."  The entire first floor of the building is all a combination of retail, restaurants, hair salons, clothing stores, and of course, RE/MAX Trinity.

Floors two and three of Montgomery Plaza are indoor parking, and all of the floors from the fourth and above are absolutely lovely condominiums.  The next time you are in the area... please stop by and visit.  We'd all (myself included) would love to meet you.

Karen Anne, Texas is a big state that's quite an honor for them to get the Rookie of the Year Award.  They must be quite the office!

Marchel:  Thanks so much.  It really is a great bunch of people Jaci has put together.  Why... they even let me in the door !  Honestly, it's a great mix, and we all get along nicely.  Thanks for your kind words.

Patricia:  It sounds like you've taken a pretty close look at my hair, huh ?  LOL.  Yes... and our office is just surrounded by new construction of gorgeous looking office towers.  Those strange-looking boom cranes can be seen when looking in just about any direction.  That type of construction is always a good sign of a healthy local economy.  Thanks for your kind words, Pat.

Liz:  Yes... this is MY office... or the office I am with.  I am just one of the agents here.  I changed offices... from one RE/MAX to another RE/MAX early this past February.  I just love the positive team attitude here.  When I dwell on how great the office attitude is, it is no wonder the entire office won the "Office Rookie of The Year Award from RE/MAX of Texas.

Hi Karen, I'm just now getting chance to catch up some posts....I like the looks of the office.  Congrats on the titlle that you all won.  Those are not easy to come by.

Your office's location sounds great.  If I don't make it for the NCHA Summer Spectacular, I'll be hunting you down in December.  I'm looking forward to meeting you in person.  I frequently stay at the Radisson, which sounds like it must be pretty close to the RE/MAX office.

Pam:  Your kind words fall so nicely on my tired ears.  :)  The agents and staff at RE/MAX Trinity are a great group.  Take care...

Missy:  My former RE/MAX office ended up with a new owner... and I took that as just the right time to make my own change.  So... Trinity is a different office for me after seven years at my former RE/MAX office.

And... now that I finally have a laptop... I spend time at Starbucks, and also at a place called Panera Bread.  Both places are great just for chilling... and several times folks have just walked up to me while I was seated with my laptop... and asked me if I was in real estate.  Ummm... that works for me.  By the way... love your new glasses and new look.  Cutie pie :)
