Drive down the hill... about a quarter mile to the stop sign at Harmon Road.  Go straight ahead into the Harmon Ranch neighborhood... and turn right at the first street.  The models are on your immediate left.  Please ask for your new home experts... Jonah or Sara.  And... if you tell mention this open house ad and that Karen Anne Stone gave you directions... you'll get an extra $1,000 in upgrade goodies.

Pam:  I have a very nice spot picked out for you and your sweetie.  Just remember though, that as a Realtor, the prices you buy a home for yourself at... are also the prices you sell to your customers and clients at... which of course is what your commissions are figured at.  Everything is a trade-off.  Take care...

It amazes me the value you get for your money in your area. I love to see your posts!

Karen Anne....you are absolutely right.  At least with a house that is free and clear the overhead is much less.  My sweetie graduated from high school in Wichata Falls and has a good friend in Galvaston.  :)

Charles:  Thanks for your kind words.  If only you and I could be partners and pick them up from here, ship them to Charlottesville, and then sell them... :)

It's so nice to see you here and commenting.  I am glad you enjoy my posts.  Please come back often... :)

Pam:  Well then... just hitch up the old buckboard, and you and your sweetie head on down.  You'd be a great upgrade for our fine state... we'd love to have you.  :)

Karen Anne, pretty blue Texas sky!  Hope you sell it at your open house.  I'm so sorry about the Db Darling post, read my remarks on it :).  Deb designed a logo for my team on the makeover 2 takeover contest, and that was it.  I was planning on writing a thank you to Deb Brooks post, and I copied the map/logo and thought I hit draft, but I posted it, oops.  Anyway I will be writing a proper thank you to her soon.  Sorry I confused you, the funny thing is Carl and Ceil knew what I was talking about :).  Liz

Liz:  Not to worry... I get confused sometimes.  No, I didn't know what you were talking about, but there are also days when I don't know what I'm talking about... so we're even LOL.  Take care...

Hi Ricki:  Thanks for your kind comments.  Yes, the corner door looks really great on the outside, and it really adds to the room configuration inside, too.  Take care...
