Family Friendly ! Midlothian, Texas home now available... $275,000

This lovely home is finished, and available for immediate move-in.  This is an absolutely fabulous two story that was custom built as a builder's showcase... and features many of the really great optional goodies that are available.

This gorgeous home has 3,209 square feet of living space, a huge master suite down, formal living (more of a sitting room) and dining, and an over-sized two-story family room.  There is also a game room up and two bedrooms on one side of the home, and is connected by a "cat-walk" that leads to the media room and another bedroom on the other side of the second floor.  An excellent, family-friendly floor plan.

The kitchen really is a "gourmet" kitchen.  Granite surface counter-tops everywhere you look, plus an island large enough for four bakers and all the holiday cookies they can handle.  The cabinets are 42 inch hand-stained, with custom hinges.  The breakfast room/morning room is surrounded by windows, and is such a great place to have your morning coffee, or to have friends over for a casual meal... or just to sit and share the days happenings !

Having a longer driveway than many homes in the neighborhood, this home is on a premium lot, and features a triple-wide drive with in-drive parking for holiday guests.  With all this obvious appeal, and if you are finally ready to go from "Just Looking"... to "Let's Get Serious"... call the New Homes Hotline at (817) 929-3400... and we'll set aside a time to see it.

Wow, $275,000 still looks cheap compared to the Cape.  But, I noticed your prices are creeping up!  :)

Rick:  This is a home that was built for a particular buyer... who loaded it up with lots of options... and then the sale fell through.  So... lots of goodies in the home above and beyond what this particular builder normally provides.  But still... compared to so many other areas of the country... it still is a lot of home for the money.  Thanks for commenting.
