Good luck this looks like a great home at a nice price. Do you have any interior photos you could post?

Hi James:  I was going to take a bunch of interior shots this weekend.  I will get them up soon... thanks for asking.  This is such a great home, and I am sure the interior photos will be as nice, if not nicer.

Karen, It looks like you have another fantastic value on your hands but not for long I'm sure.

Hi Judy:  One can only hope. <grin>  I wish I could take some of my buyers on a tour of other parts of the country to show them just how much these "fantastic values" would cost them in other parts of the country.  Sometimes it is just hard for local folks to really get the true feel of the values we have here.  Judy, thanks for your kind comment.  Take care...

Karen Anne, I really like the way you approach featuring listings in your posts.  This is so much more appealing than the sort of boiler-plate posts that many bloggers use.  And what a fabulous price!

Hi Patricia:  I know those "postlets" are nice and organized, but they really do not convey the actual flavor of the home.  When I write about my homes, I try and create an atmosphere where my readers can actually "feel" the home.  Plus, I just recoil at the idea of doing something exactly like everybody else does.  There is just no individuality in doing that.  Thanks for your kind words, Patricia.  Take care...

Hi Thesa:  I would love to have lunch with you when you return to Fort Worth.  That would be fun.  Take care... I look forward to it.
