Hi Maureen:  It is gorgeous on the outside, and even better on the inside.  Drive on over, Maureen.  If you leave now, and drive reeeeally fast, and make all the lights, you might get here.  It's only about 2,000 miles.  Maureen, thanks for your kind thoughts.  Take care... stay warm... Go Pats !

Wow!  I might like to trade-up - but I don't need anything that big.  After you've lived in NY for a while, you don't realize how high our prices are until you see something like this.

Hi Ruthmarie:  So, you are telling me you could "trade up" by buying something in Fort Worth that's cheaper.  Hmmm.  How much would this home sell for where you live ?  Just curious.  Thanks for commenting, Ruthmarie.  Take care, and stay warm !

Karen Anne, This house is beautiful!  I wish I could make it to the open house. I would love to see the inside.  Does it come with a full time maid??

Wow, Karen Anne.  That's quite a home and what a wonderful price.  I wanna move to Texas.

Hi Roberta:  You better start early, and hope you make all the lights. <grin>  The inside is even nicer than the outside.  I think if I lived in this house, the only maid I could afford would be me !  Thanks for your kind comments, Roberta !

Hi Fran:  Yes, a great home, and a terrific price.  Start packing, Fran.  Texas is just like California, except no ocean, and our tallest "redwoods" might only be about twenty feet high.  Oh, not very many mountains, either.

Some years ago, in 1999, I drove from Fort Worth to Portland to visit a friend.  I drove I-10 into Los Angeles, then took Highway 5 up to Portland.  I saw some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen.  The Mount Shasta National Forest was absolutely breathtaking.  And that cute little single track train that weaved in and out, up and down, was so cool.

I even stopped in Rogue River... right on the... Rogue River, what else ?  I saw a little sign for "Karen's Diner" so I stopped for a nice Oregon pancake breakfast, and met Karen, the owner.  Then I went outside and sat on a bench by the river for about thirty minutes.  How incredibly peaceful.  Fran, thanks for your kind comments.  And... we do have room for you here... by the way.  :)

What a fantastic house.  Why don't you send us pictures of the inside.  Maybe one of us will buy it from you.  I can't believe the great prices!

Hi Kay:  Yes, this really is a magnificent home.  If you think the outside is nice, wait until you see the inside.  There are so many things I like when I go through it.  Thanks for your kind comments.

Hi Adele:  Fantastic is a very good word for this home.  I think I will put up some inside pictures.  As far as pricing is concerned, this price is pretty much typical for this type of home.  A buyer gets such a great home for the money in Fort Worth compared to other areas of the country.  Thanks for your kind comments.  Take care.

Hi Cyndee:  Yes, it's a gorgeous home.  And, I think it just might have your name on it.  Call the movers, put your check in the mail, and we'll see you soon.  Unfortunately we don't have many ocean front condos here in Fort Worth, but we do have a wide variety of lakes where you could personally develop some amazing condo projects with your vast real estate and condo expertise.

Cyndee... thanks for your kind comment.  And Happy New Year to you, too !

Wow, this is a beauty!  In our area there would be a million dollars in front of this price - maybe more.

This is a fine property, I very much like it, very nice place to live, this one won't last long. You sure seem to have been listing the very top prized homes in your area, way to go., Lance

Lance:  This is truly a gorgeous home.  I have been told that in Northern Virginia this home would bring about three times the price... up around $1,500,000.
