Karen Anne...any luck today with your Open House?  The ones scheduled here don't seem to be doing so well but I'm not sure it's because of the holidays.  Just curious...

Hi Susie:  There was very little traffic today.  The double whammy of holidal mall shopping and Sunday afternoon football games may have had an effect.  A few of those who came were what in the new home industry we used to call "one-legged ups"... which is similar to "football widows"... which are women just out "looking around" because their husbands are home glued to the TV.  How do open houses usually fare in your market ?  Thanks for checking in...
