I recently noticed that I am sneaking up on both my 1000th blog post... and should be hitting the 800,000 point mark here on Active Rain in about three weeks.
So... I just wanted to say "Thank You !" to all of you who... week after week... read my blog posts... comment on them... share your thoughts... and join in "our conversations" and our "dialogues.

Perhaps about half of my posts have been "real-estate-related." I think I must be getting old... because I have been finding, though, that as time goes on... that I seem to be writing more and more about personal issues, family situations, and other things not very related to "real estate." So... this "real estate blog" has also become more of a personal journal of sorts.
There are a few blogging "purists"... very few of them, luckily, who kind of jump over that personal stuff... but everyone's different, and so are their tastes in what appeals to them. I think that applies to all of us. So... an additional "thank you" to those of you who continue to share my "personal journaling." You have no idea how much it means to me.
Also... quite often, my nine years of teaching experience grabs hold of my little typing fingers... and I end up writing some tutorial posts in response to questions that have been asked of me. As time wears on... these tutorials have ended up being about a quarter of my posts. Yeah... there really is no such thing as a "former" teacher.
Some others of my posts have been either mildly political or even pointedly political. Sometimes I even get into the areas of religion, spirituality, and even an occasional stab at Psychology. Yes... that "Nice Catholic Girl from Cleveland" occasionally DOES grab my nun's ruler. Some "habits" are hard to break. <impish grin>
There have been a few times that I have either written about, or shared pictures of my baby... Mollie T. Cat. Mollie tells me that she feels she has quite a few "Aunties" and even some "Uncles" out there... from some of the comments she has read. So, Mollie T says her "Thank You's" to you, as well.
I have always encouraged everyone to comment on my posts... long ones... even if they think that what they have to say has already been said.
If it's a religious, spiritual or political post... most are in agreement with what I have to say. Some are occasionally in mild disagreement, and some... luckily a very few... tend to, in a much less than subtle way, more than hint that some of my ideas are spawned by the devil... LOL.
I am so thankful for all of you ! I really AM ! I know the frequency of my posts has dropped... and I thank those of you who still look for, and welcome, my posts, and for your gracious understanding.
By the way... besides all of your wonderful comments... the biggest and best compliment I can get from you... is when you subscribe to my blog.
So please, if you like what you see but have not subscribed... I would just love it if you would.
Newbies, Oldbies, and In-Between-bies. You add so much to my posts... and I am grateful. Thank you all so very, very much.

I've been subscribed for awhile and have been glad to get to "know" you over your blog and comments Karen Anne! Congrats on 1000 posts and 800,000! I've got a long way to go to get there :-) Have a fabulous day! -Kasey
Wow, congratulations on reaping the rewards of your consistent blogging. It can be a strange journey, and I'm sure that most people starting to blog for the first time have no idea where blogging may take them and what their blog is going to look like after 1000 or so posts. I always enjoy reading your blog and blogs like yours - the kind where the writer inserts a little piece of their soul into it.
WOW! Karen you are really getting up there in points. I for one have enjoyed your posts and if they were really long I would take a couple of days to read them... Thanks for writing them. They showed what a wonderful person you are.
Karen you are awesome! I so enjoy reading your blogs about whatever you're writting about. The more off-beat the better. And being a good little catholic girl.... I'm still laughing about this comment -spawned by the devil... LOL.
I've been subscribed to you since the first time I read a blog post of yours. It was political and I thought "boy, this gal has SPUNK!". One of my favorite posts was about your take on "The Good Wife". Diversity is good.
Congratulations on your milestone, Karen. Don't listen to the "purists". Just continue doing your own thing.
Cynthia: SPUNK, huh ? Well, dear woman, I have heard other names for it... LOL. That is interesting about one of your favorite posts being about my take on "The Good Wife." I will have to go back and re-read that post. Love that show. Saw it Sunday night, and it is way out and front as far as my favorites.
AND... you have given me an idea, here: Please, everyone, in your comments... if you have, or can remember a favorite or two of my posts... please let me know. It gives me great feed-back... and inspires me to do more !
You're welcome :)
Kasey: Getting to know you has been great, as well. You do some pretty good sharing, yourself. I love it that you have shared some of your family stuff, and really love it that you share your sweet little darling in your photo. And... about a fabulous day ? My day is always fabulous when I hear from folks like you, and from all who will share this post. Take care...
Malcolm: Talk about my being on a "strange journey." HA ! I have come to believe that just about everything I do or am is "strange." But, then again... my mother thought the same thing... only she told me that "strange" was just another word for "special." Thanks Mom !
As far as my soul is concerned... I feel my "soul"... whatever that is... is the "telling" part of me, and of everyone... so sharing myself just seems to come natural.
Sussie: Yes, I AM getting up there in points, and in "years" as well. I will be 68 next week.
Wow... bless your heart about sharing that you sometimes take a couple of days to read the long ones. What great inspiration hearing that is for me. I so value you sharing stuff like that.
I just love comments like yours, and like everyone so far... almost (LOL). Most times there is even more cool stuff in the comments folks make here than in whatever it is that I write in my post... or at least, that's how I feel. It figures someone as sweet as you is from "Friendswood." Take care...
Ms Banana: You make me smile, but, then again... you always have. And yes... I can get pretty off-beat. I guess that goes along with marching to my own drummer. Too bad my own family doesn't appreciate that part of me. They're such poopers.
And yes... spawned by the devil. But, that would have been by way of my own version of the Immaculate Conception... LOL. Uh oh... I've just given them more fuel to start that ol' excommunication process, again.
I've been a rebel in the Catholic church since I was in the fifth grade, and complained bitter to Sr Mary Clare how unfair it was that only "boys" could be "altar boys." That same complaint has of course, grown into how vigorously I believe in my heart that women should be priests. But... that's another post, isn't it ?
Jane: Not to worry. I never have been able to "listen" to the purists... in many areas of my life. I have almost always had trouble "doing what I was told"... when it came to what some might call "dogma."
By the way... I really DID print a picture of the way you wore your hair in one of your previous profile pictures. I took it to my hairdresser, and told her that THAT was how I wanted my hair. Unfortunately, she said I didn't have the kind of hair that she could DO that to or with. Drat... was I disappointed. <grumble, grumble, grumble>
Two of my favorite Karen Anne "non-real estate" posts ...
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1882636/the-good-wife-what-will-alicia-do-should-she-answer-will-s-call-season-premier-tuesday-sept-28th-
http://activerain.com/blogsview/1736777/a-fitting-good-bye-to-lebron-sweets-to-the-sweet-noper-they-gave-him-a-hot-dawg-
Eric: Not only do you appear to specialize in Short Sales, but in "short comments" as well. I would have expected a longer comment from a Michigander... LOL. It must be the cold weather and the snow.
Hi Karen, welcome to the 800,000 point club (just wanted to get that in before everybody else next month), we like the mix, all real estate would be boring, we like it when you call black, black. Always remember you sticking up for us Canadians.
Cynthia: I love it. Yeah, The Good Wife, and LeBron James. A "hot tamale" and a "hot dawg." What a pairing.
Anyone else have some favorites of my posts they want to share ? Cynthia... thanks for going back and doing that.
And... here are the links to these two favorites of Cynthia's.
The Good Wife... What Will Alicia Do ? Should She Answer Will's Call ? Season Premier Tuesday Sept 28th.
A Fitting Good-Bye to LeBron... Sweets to the Sweet ? Noper, They Gave him a Hot Dawg !
Thanks again, Cynthia !
Karen Anne - I like the real estate posts but when we share our personal lives with each other, then we become "friends"! Congratulations:)
Al & Peggy (or is it Peggy & Al ?): Honestly, as far as the points are concerned... when I hit 700K... I thought I'd never hit 800K. Didn't really want to, didn't really care... if that makes sense. It was just the writing.
And yes, all real estate would be boring, so I just "be myself." I remember the wonderful response I got from suggesting that same thing to Amy Hahn. Be yourself. How can you lose ? You can't. And also... at this age... I have no problem giving my opinion, regardless of the ruckus it may bring.
And of course I would "back" my Canadian friends. There are so many things about your wonderful country that I wish the "meatheads" in our Congress would wake up to. I just wish your weather was perhaps fifteen degrees warmer... and I might relocate. I always loved my trips to Canada. Always ! (I lived in Cleveland, as you may recall.)
I'm not sure if you know where the Kawartha Lakes are, but I am guessing you do. I even spent several weeks at a Lodge on Lovesick Lake near Peterborough. I just loved the peace and quiet.
Pam: I totally agree with you. Friends and relationships... they have always been the thing I enjoyed most about my four and one-half years here at Active Rain. Meeting sweet folks like yourself... I mean, what more could I ask for. And, thank you !
Karen... I've been subscribed to you pretty close to when I started blogging... I loved your stance on diversity... we need more of it in this Country. I can't get more Catholic than being the daughter of a woman who was a Dominican for 2.5 years before she married my Dad... but, I was devastated when I was 7 y.o., knew the entire Mass in Latin, my older brother used to be my altar boy and then my Mom told me I could NEVER be a priest... talk about coming of age...
Congrats on the points, but more importantly on your unique point of view!
Karen Anne were you on vacation this month? By now I thought you would be closer to the coveted PinkMM:)) congrats to your milestone!
Peggy: Yes... I guess a girl can't get "much more Catholic" than you are. Ahhh... the Dominican Sisters. There was a group of Dominican nuns out of Akron, Ohio who staffed the Catholic School where I taught for nine years. What a wonderful, inspiring and dedicated group of women. And they were "progressive" women, as well.
I guarantee you that if we had a woman Pope when all of this sexual abuse stuff by so many priests came out... that if an Akron Dominican Nun was pope at the time, she would have stopped these clowns dead in their tracks.
It appears you and I are one the same page... as far as a woman's right, and ability, to follow her own personal call to the priesthood... and to the Pope-hood, as well. Here is a link to a blog of mine... Nice Catholic Girl from Cleveland that you may find interesting. Unfortunately, I have not paid as much attention to it recently as I did when I started it... but it still has some pretty interesting, and progressive, posts. Take a peek. I need to jump back into it. I really do.
Endre: Noper... no such luck as far as being "on vacation" this month. Just having some "issues"... as it were. And, the only thing I "covet" about the PinkMM... the badge for One Million Points... is the fact that it is in pink. Not important to me. In fact, it is much more important to me that, by this post, Malcolm in #2 above has subscribed to my post. Hooray... thanks so much, Malcolm.
No... prolly the main reason I have not written more blog posts this month has been just my concern about so many things... my health (they tell me I may need a new aortic valve in my heart) and some family issues, along with my Miss Mollie T Cat... who I fear may not be with me for much longer. I am thinking that perhaps if I pushed myself to blog more, it may be somewhat therapeutic. Tough to do, sometimes.
Karen Anne - You have earned every one of those 800,000 points, by writing some great content. I like that you mix it up with all kinds of subjects. I usually do the same, although this last month I have focused primarily on real estate stuff. I enjoy your posts and will be reading them when you pass a million points too!
Early congratulations on the points and posts. I love personal stuff as it helps get to know people. Business stuff is important too as it helps people know that you actually know your market.
Karen Anne, I just wanted you to know that you have always been an inspiration to me even when I don't agree with you, I admire you. Keep up the good work, it's good for my smile =]
Congratulations Karen Anne on this momentous occasion. And here I was feeling good about having almost 300,000 points. You put me to shame! And don't ever change your style of writing. You're a gem ... and I like you just the way you are. I'm wishing you another 800,000 a hundred times over ...
Gene
Karen Anne, one of the reasons I subscribe to your blog is you! Your stories, real estate info and everything in the between keeps me coming back for more. THANK YOU for making an extraordinary difference here on ActiveRain!!!
While I don't always agree, I do always respect your opinions and I always always always LOVE to read your posts.
Karen- Once upon a time you would stop by my blog and write an awesome comment that would lift my day. I miss you. Did I do something wrong? You are still invited to Independance Day in Catonsville.
Karen Anne, we have a place on Lake Simcoe just about an hour from where you were. My sister has a place near Peterborough. Our weather is changing and getting warmer for you, today we enjoyed a balmy 50 degrees and remember its still January! LOL!
Miss Karen Anne! How wonderful to see you back! Where have you been? I hope this blog is a promise of more to come soon! Blogging is not about agreeing but exploring different ideas, it's not about pleasing everybody but finding your voice (it wouldn't have been you who taught me that?)! You've been missed!
Those are great milestones Karen. Congratulations for achieving them.
Karen Anne, I love the devil spawn posts...they are some of my favorites ;-D. It is a pleasure to be subscribed to your inventive postings.
Karen Anne -- what a nice "surprise" to see a post from you this evening. Not trying to get to gushy(?) but I am thankful for the insight you provide for your readership whether it is real estate related or not.
Congrats Karen Anne. I keep blogging away, though recently I have hit a bit of a block. Been very busy for a bit here and I am liking that. Thanks for your encouragement to me on the Rain. Be well.
Cal
Karen Anne - congratulations on the points achievement. But, more importantly, thanks for showing me the many ways to blog on ActiveRain. You are so right - you do right about of lot of different information. That's why you are you and why I so enjoy reading your blog!!!
Congratulations Karen for both your big accomplishments! I have a long long way to get to where you are. I'll continue to look forward to your posts and leave my comments. I have learned so much from you over the years!
Congrats on the accomplishments Karen! Both are huge milestones. :) You are at twice the points I am... but I obviously have more to say because I have a lot of posts for my points.
I haven't read the previous comments but just jumped straight here after reading your wonderfully nice post. I want to extend a simple "thank you" to you for sharing your blogging with us.
Mark: You are very welcome, and thanks so much for your kind words. But... depending on what you want from Active Rain... a big part of it is in the relationships you can form with your fellow and sister Rainers. As you can see, most of those who comment on my posts are very "sharing" with their comments.
What I mean by that is that you can learn a lot about each person who makes comments on my posts. Most of those comments have what I call the "flavor" of the writer of that comment in them. Sure, I think I write well... but there is often so much more in what my commentors have to say. There really is. And... I also invite everyone to comment back and forth to each other if they see something said that "moves" them.
So, if you can find the time... come on back and read the comments. They are very much worth it... and... there's also lots to learn in them.
Hooray for those who comment on my posts. :)
Susan: Oh yes... I have been known to "mix it up..." in more ways then one, actually. How cool for you that you have been busy enough that you can focus on real estate stuff. Gotta keep that real estate machine going.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I enjoy writing these kinds of posts... and it is partly because I know I have folks like you who enjoy them. How cool !
As far as the million point mark... it's not something I am aiming at. If it comes, it comes. At this point in my life and my career, I have some "issues" that have made me somewhat of a "cave dweller..." so I enjoy the writing and the sharing much more than any pointy stuff.
NOTE: Something just hit me. Yeah, I know. Boingggg !
What just "hit" me... is that there are SO many wonderful bloggers who have commented on this post so far... and I am sure more wonderful folks will appear. I suggest to everyone... pick out three of them. Or five of them... or all of them. Or just those whose comments appeal to you... and go READ their blogs and their posts.
We've got some really wonderful bloggers represented here. Many... who I honestly think run circles around me as far as their ability to write about things, and in ways that I don't get into. There are also several "hyper-local" bloggers here who I will never get as good as... so if you need some examples of that kind of good stuff... they've got it. Lots of it.
My commentors are so talented. Pick some, and go read them. Subscribe to them. If you have not already "met" them, get to "know" them. Corny as it sounds... you really will be glad you did.
Karen Anne
Donna: Ahhh... I'm just sitting here... looking at your picture, and remembering that really cute post of yours with your two little ones... floating/rafting down the river... or on Lake Austin... whichever it was. That was so cute. I am so envious.
Thanks so much for your kind words. And yes... business stuff IS very important, and your blog is a great example of that, as well. Ya know... you are one of the few people who I can tell to "go jump in the lake"... and I know you'll have a great time doing it. Huggs to all.
Paul: Ya know... I'm the type that does not require that my friends always agree with me. So, that's ok. Sorta. <impish grin>
Thanks so much for your kind words. Smiling is good... and I am more than sure that most folks don't do that enough... myself surely included.
Gene: Where is your grand-daughter ? I am so used to seeing her in your profile picture... that I miss her.
And wow... look at you. You mention MY points... but... you are about to hit 300,000 points, and you have quite a few more Gold Stars than MY 800,000 points have earned me. You write 100 posts, you get 23 gold stars. Incredible.
(Honestly, I think your grand-daughter inspires you.) Thanks so much for your kind words. Ummm... errr... how's the snow up there ? <very impish grin>
Emily: You are way too kind, but thank you. Yes, I do keep things varied. Being a cave-dweller (you have, or had them in Sante Fe at one time, didn't you ?)... being a cave dweller... I just write about whatever moves me rather than what I feel some business need moves me to do. If it is a real-estate related post... it is usually because of my "former teacher" background. I just enjoy the stories.
Ahh yes, that's me. An old chick in a rocking chair telling stories... LOL. And... you are very welcome. It's almost 1:00am here... yet you've got me smiling... and maybe a tad blushing, too. Thank you for that.
By the way... have I ever told you that "Emily" is one of my favorite names ? Uh huh.
Tammy: Agreeing with me is not necessary. The hugs that I feel from your comments, and the person you are... make you very special to me. By the way... the way you mentioned about how Abigail, and your husby really needed to answer their phones immediately (in that recent post) really made me think. I am sure you are incredibly proud of both of them.
Oh, Ellie, Ellie: I am still stuck on what a dork I was about Jennifer and her husby. I was so embarrassed. And yeah, I miss you too. I will try and get over it, and return... cuz I miss reading your cool posts about Ellicott City and Catonsville... and about you and your little boy... and all your other cool stuff.
So no... you didn't do anything wrong. I did. All just because of a silly little heart condition... LOL. Still... I really felt like a total dork.
Come on... which one is it ? Peggy or Al ? Anyhoo... I found the place. It is on Lovesick Lake... just a tad west of Burleigh Falls. It's called Forest Hill Lodge, Burleigh Falls on Lovesick Lake in the Kawarthas. I was there twice for a week. In the summer of 1968 during the Democratic National Convention... when the Chicago Police were clubbing the heck out of the students protesting the Vietnam War... and then during the summer of 1981.
The first trip... great memories... very peaceful. Really enjoyed the trees, the lake, the lodge, and watching those crazy men, including the owner/manager (?) Bill Rarick and his guest play poker. I learned some great closing techniques from them that week.
Yes... 50 degrees is pretty balmy... unless you are talking 50 degrees Celsius... which, as I recall, would make it "pretty warm" up there... LOL. If I remember my C to F degrees formula, that would make it about 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
I am in Fort Worth, now, and it was 71 here today. Snowing in Cleveland, I believe.
Wow, Karen Anne - big congratulations on your upcoming milestones! I've enjoyed subscribing to your blog - and your clever witticisms (whether in posts or ocmments) truly make my day!
Andrea: Wonderful to see you, as well. Is your husby back yet ?
Where have I been ? In my cave, being a hermitess, and taking my Carvedilol, Quinipril, Furosemide, Digoxin, and Rat Poison. Oh, they call that Warfarin. And... mustn't forget the Estradiol. <LOL x 2>
I think maybe reading all these comments just might get my blogging juices going again. We shall see.
I do manage to read and comment on at least ten blog posts each day. Many of them tangling with some "political types" Rainers when I enter into their inner circle and get all "progressive" on them... LOL.
Oh... I don't worry about agreeing with anyone... although depending on who it is, I can be very gentle about it. Ahh... my "voice." Yes, it's still here. I have enjoyed reading you, and hearing your "voice" as well. I like it.
And, thank you for your kind words. It is so nice to be missed.
Patty: Thank you, I appreciate it. It's been lots of hard work, but I have met so many really nice folks along the way.
Mona: Yes, me and Ms Devil. And wow, you should see some of her outfits. How kind of you. There are some who would also use your word "inventive..." and some others who might favor the word "deranged." Some say potay-to, some say potah-to. Hugs to Leslie and Sienna.
Michael: Some nights I even surprise myself. And, why am I up so late ? Prolly cuz of the three naps I took today... LOL. I lead such an exciting life.
By the way... gushy is good. I don't get anywhere near enough "gushy." My posts... real estate, personal stuff, other stuff. Prolly the ones I enjoy writing the most are the really strange ones. Maybe I should do one on John Ashcroft singing "Let The Eagles Fly" in honor of Mr Romney's victory in Florida tonight ? Always looking to expand the bounds of my creativity or my depravity... <impish, crinkly grin>
Cal: As you can see... I hit my own set of "blocks" occasionally as well. If you need ideas to blog about, just try commenting every day... and once in awhile one of your comments will be one you can "sink your teeth into." Then, let that inspire you to write that comment as a "stand alone" post. I have often done that.
I enjoying being encouraging... especially when I see that it's appreciated. So, thank you for sharing your kind words.
You be well, too.
Juli: Thank you for your kind words. I do hope somehow I have helped you... although I can get more than a tad "strange" at times. But hey, strange is just another word for "special."
I have been a Realtor for 39 years now, and taught seventh and eighth grade in the Cleveland Catholic Schools for nine years before that... so there are lots of stories rolling around inside of my cranium. Again... your kind words are so appreciated. Be well.
DeeDee... they are less like accomplishments, and more like badges of endurance. And please, if you are ever reading one of my posts... please don't go away without commenting. I so enjoy and value what you have to say. Over the years... yeah... it's been over four and one-half years for me here on Active Rain, now. Wow... I guess that IS quite a while. Take care...
Lindsey... the Queen of Elk River. Love your posts... and am so grateful that you share your family with your readers. I live alone (except for Miss Mollie T) so I enjoy hearing about all the stuff you and your boys do.
By the way... has anyone ever told you what a cool profile picture you have ? I think that is so... "you..." Miss Minnesota Gal. Thank you so much for your kind words. Take care... be well... hug the boys... and stay warm. By the way... did you get your snow, yet ?
Karen: (Gee... what a nice name !) Thanks so much for your kind words. Sometimes those milestones can seem like millstones. Some folks get a kick out of what you call my "clever witticisms..." and other folks just think I am getting senile... LOL. I am so glad you appreciate them. Actually... I am so glad when anybody does.
Karen, with you being in a Vancouver suburb, you are probably not all that far from Active Rain headquarters. Have you ever gone over there and met the folks ? Just curious.
I am so glad that you are a regular reader of my posts. I so appreciate you. Thanks for your loyalty. Take care, be well, stay warm, stay dry.
I am very proud of both of them. And most days I get through the day with what I consider a rational amount of "healthy respect" for what they do. However when their shift is supposed to be over for more than an hour and I haven't heard from them my mind travels to dark places and I begin to unglue. Makes me happy that people can read between the lines how much I love my family. Lets me know they can also see I care about them too.
Now I'm off to visit some of your commenters that I might not know.
Glad to see you back ! I was worried about you !

Congratulations on your dedication to AR! What an incredible goal to reach. Best wishes for much continued success!
Gretchen
Well here's to a double congrats on 2 huge milestones. I'm so glad to know you and to learn from you. You are a true teacher.
Super job Karen Anne on the sheer number and also the points hitting those high elevations. Your posts are always great!!!
You are so wonderful~ Love your reads and the humor and just ALL of it~. I think I subscribed to your blog on my first day at ActiveRain~. Congrats! and thanks for the great BLOGS!
Congrats on the feature and for approaching such an exciting landmark! Here is to the next 1000 posts! Thanks for sharing and have a great week.
Congratulations Karen Anne! That is two great achivements. Keep the next 1000 post coming.
EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND POINTS! WOW! One Million is just around the corner. Keep it up!
Karen Anne - Congratulations on your upcoming milestones. I frequently enjoy your posts and am glad to see you here.
Karen Anne, you're one of those writers that we can't wait for the next post! You keep us on our toes offering thought provoking topics and wonderful wit. Keep on postin' baby; you have a lot of followers who thank YOU for your contributions every day here in the Rain!
A little snow Karen... a little. And, we've used it all up! Two snowmen and a ton of sledding later we are happy. :) But, there is room for more. We'll see if the ground hog is gonna warm us up or cool us down tomorrow. Thank you for enjoying my Minnesotan family antics. My business is family oriented and I just can't leave them out. I chuckled today... I had a listing presentation and the family invited my boys along. (they didn't go because I needed my concentration btw). Giving them hugs! Have a great night!!!!
Karen, I'm tempted to UnSubscribe from you just to have the pleasure of Subscribing again, but I refuse to give you up, even for a minute. Congratulations on all that you've accomplished and thank you for making me smile. Best wishes always.
Hi Karen--what an amazing accomplishment. I am so impressed with your post and your upcoming milestones that I am going to subscribe.
Congratulations. That is quite the accomplishment.
Wow! Congrats on your huge accomplishment!! 800,000 points is awesome!!
You've got a new subscriber in me! I enjoy the bloggers here on AR who aren't completely focused on talking about real estate. It's nice to break away and get to know each other on a personal level as well.
Karen Ann, sorry about that. It was my little attempt at humor based on you saying a "simple thank you." Mine was just a simple you're welcome. As for bing in MI, this has been the warmest, easiest winter I can ever remember! Love it!
Ms Karen- yours was one of the first blogs to which I subscribed and for good reason. You always kept me entertained.. and needless to say you still do. I am of the group that enjoys those posts that are other than straight real estate related. Keep up your humor and congratulations on the latest milestone to come!
Congrats on hitting a substantial milestone and thank you for being one of the "steady players" here on AR. It's members like you that make this community such a welcoming place.
Huge fan! Congratulations on this soon-to-be outstanding achievment. I'm one of those who look for your picture at the top of my blogroll.
KarenAnne, I like reading different subjects, as real estate can be just too boring at times :) and I might add your posts are not boring, Congrats on this 800K milestonestone coming up.
Good Evening Karen:
Congratulation! You are definitely committed to blogging, the number proves it. 1000 ost is quite a lot. You write very well, so I hope in the final analysis, you are generating a lot of business from it. Have a great weekend
Karen - I am subscribing right after I comment! Thanks for dropping by my blog - compared to you I'm just a baby! I'm looking forward to looking forward much great reading from your post.
I see I am very late in seeing and commenting on this post. Let me say it is always a little treat to see that red hair on the blog post list. Besides being a former teacher, you are a beautiful writer. It's a gift, you either have it or you don't. You can't teach that. Congratulations.
