Here is a better look at that awesome brick arched front porch.  The Master Suite has a "split" bedroom arrangement, so get ready to get some privacy back in your lives.  The Master walk-in closet is very, very large... actually larger than many homes with much greater overall square footage.

Bedrooms two and three are quite roomy, and the front bedroom with those triple windows you see through the outside brick arch will make a great den/study/computer room or home office.

This 1760 square foot home is available now, or, if that doesn't fit your schedule, one can be built from the beginning... just for you.  The builder will pay all of your closing costs, and if you qualify... Total Zero Move-Ins are available.  For your personal tour of this great home, please call Karen Anne Stone at (817) 929-3400.

Karen Anne - LOVE YOUR DESCRIPTIONS of the homes you list and sell so frequently in the Ft. Worth area!  I really think you should be doing the "scripts" for people who put them on the Real Estate Shows!  You've got a knack for words...

Hi Susie:  My, my... you are quite the charmer, aren't you ?  Honestly, I really think my wording comes from writing years and years of comments on my listings when I put them into the MLS after listing them.  I think MLS comments is one section that most Realtors do not pay enough attention to when inputting their listings.

Many Realtors wish their own office would advertise their listings... but most offices rarely do.  Writing wonderul comments in the comment section on listings is the best way I know of... other than my selling them myself... to get listings sold... advertise them in the MLS.  It is the Realtors in the MLS who have the buyers... so... appeal to them.  Does this make sense ?  And... thank you so much for visiting... and for your kind comments.

Susie:  Do you ever make it out Fort Worth way.  If you do, I'd be glad to give you your very own personal tour of some of the builders here.
