This looks like a STEAL!!  The house prices in Fort Worth, TX are so reasonable!!  I'll have to seriously consider Fort Worth when it's time to retire.  Wow!

Hi Susie:  This is a good home, and the privacy is really awesome.  Privacy is one of my BIG hot buttons.  And, Fort Worth has NOT experienced a drop in house prices.  That is one of the many things that are really great about Fort Worth.  Over the past six or seven years, the growth here in home prices has been nice and gradual.  Perhaps anywhere from four to six percent a year.  Perhaps more in some specific neighborhoods.  So... when some of the hot spots in the country turn icey cold... the warm spots like Fort Worth... really do not experience any drop... just very gradual upward movement.

But,,, your comment about moving to Fort Worth to retire... a great idea.  Sell your highly valued home in Tampa, or Brandon, I should say, then move to Fort Worth and pay cash, then just relax.  Thanks so much for visiting.   Karen Anne

Privacy is one of the things we enjoy being in a small, rural town. You would love it here!
