Wow!!  Look at the size of THAT KITCHEN!!  The price makes it irristable!!  You can have a party in that kitchen and let it continue on to the family room!  What a beautiful home at an incredibly affordable price!  EXCELLENT VALUE!!

Yes Ms Susie:  When I walked into this home, and it was like walking about five years into the past.  The home I was in had about $6,500 in upgrades, which in builder-talk is like nothing, and the price of $133,490 included those upgrades.

And coolness... you're my first comment on this post.  Welcome to my invisible world.  While I've got you... some questions.   What does this poor woman (me) have to do to get one of her posts be a "featured post?"  Also... I have no clue about what grades my posts would be.

I was reading a post that was trying to encourage people to grade the post when they commented.  In the comments to each other, they were tossing around "5's" like they were jelly beans.  I know everything is subject to personal taste, but yikes.  Do you routinely grade the posts that you read of other people ?  Just wondering...

Take care, Susie, and thanks for the comment.              Karen Anne

Hi Paula:  I really want to thank you for your comment on how I describe each of my listings.  I value your comment very much.  I am just learning to do this.  Today makes one month exactly that I have been on Active Rain.  There is so much to learn, but I keep plugging away at it.

My first eight blog posts were all verbal... partly because I had no clue just how to get a picture... any picture... into the body of the post.  So, I'm learning... slowly but surely.

Debbie and Amy:  Yes, it really IS a new home.  And, yes, the interior is a very nice surprise.  I especially loved the kitchen.  Imagine moving in, getting settled, and still having empty cupboards.  Nice.  Thanks for your comments...         Karen Anne

Hi Bridget:  Yes... gorgeous home, and love the price.  Now... if I could only bring one of those wonderfully scenic rivers of yours up in Oregon to put next to it... that would just about do it.  But, then again, that would double the price.  Thanks for the comment.

Karen Anne... where was this (and you) when Susan was house-shopping last March.  Where is this, can you publish the address?

Hi Margaret:  I would love to give Susan her very own personal tour of this home whenever she has time... even though she isn't quite ready yet.  It would at least give her something to start thinking about... and would also let her know that it is possible for her to find a home in her price range that would work for her.  It would be my pleasure.  :)
